Who we are
Tap My Kard ("we", "us", "our") builds digital business cards for businesses in India, available at tapmykard.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you order a card, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect the information you share with us to build your card: your name, phone number and email address; your business name, role, tagline, and "about" description; your business address (used for the Google Maps link on your card); logos, photos and catalogue images you send us; social media, website and payment (UPI) links you want displayed; a delivery address so we can ship your printed NFC card kit if your plan includes one; and the WhatsApp/email messages we exchange while creating and supporting your card.
How we use your information
We use this information to design, build, host and deliver your digital card; to print and ship your NFC card kit to the delivery address you provide; to make the revisions you request; to respond to support questions; to send renewal reminders before your card's validity ends; and to improve our service.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to deliver the service: with the hosting infrastructure that keeps your card online, with WhatsApp/Meta since ordering and support happen over WhatsApp, with courier partners to ship your printed NFC card, and with payment apps or payment gateways used to collect payment for your order.
How long we keep it
We retain your information for as long as your card is active (its validity period and any renewals), plus a reasonable period afterward in case you need support or wish to renew. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, except where we're required to keep records for legal, tax (including GST) or accounting reasons.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use invasive advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Any basic analytics we collect is aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

Children's privacy
Our service is intended for business owners and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
