Agreement to terms
Tap My Kard is a unit of South Zone Holidays, which is the entity operating this service and collecting payment for the plans described on this website. By ordering a Tap My Kard, messaging us on WhatsApp or email to place an order, paying online through our checkout, or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We offer digital business card plans as described on our Pricing section of this site, including a one-time creation fee, a stated validity period, and the features listed for each plan at the time of your order. Plan features, inclusions and prices may be updated from time to time; the plan and price you agreed to at the time of your order will be honoured for that order.
Pricing and GST
Prices shown on our Pricing section are the base plan prices. Applicable GST (currently 18%, split as CGST+SGST for customers in Karnataka or as IGST for customers in other states) is added at checkout based on your delivery address, and shown separately before you pay. The total shown at checkout, including GST, is the amount payable for your order.
Ordering and delivery
You share your business details, logo and photos with us over WhatsApp or email. We build your card and aim to share a first draft within 24–48 hours of receiving everything we need. You can request revisions before final approval; up to two rounds of revisions are included, and additional rounds may carry a small extra charge. Your card goes live once you approve it. If your plan includes a printed NFC card kit, we ship it to the delivery address you provide at checkout.
Payment
The creation fee (plus applicable GST) is a one-time, upfront payment in Indian Rupees, made via the payment method offered at checkout. This fee includes hosting and support for the validity period stated for your plan (currently one year). Renewal after that period is optional and available at a nominal fee, which we'll communicate to you before it's due.
What happens if you don't renew
If you choose not to renew after your validity period ends, your card link may go offline. We'll notify you in advance of your renewal date and will not take your card offline without reasonable notice.
Your content
You retain ownership of the business content you provide us — your name, logo, photos, catalogue items and any other material. By sharing it with us, you confirm you have the right to use it and to have it displayed publicly on your card. We retain ownership of the design templates, themes and underlying technology used to build and host your card.
Printed NFC cards
If your plan includes a printed NFC card kit, it is manufactured and shipped to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Delivery timelines for the physical kit depend on courier service and your location, and are separate from your digital card's go-live time. Please inspect your kit on delivery and let us know right away if it's damaged or not working.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or is obscene or misleading. We may decline to include, or may remove, content that violates this or applicable law.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime for your card but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and are not responsible for downtime caused by our hosting providers or events outside our reasonable control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Third-party links
Your card and this website may link to WhatsApp, Google Maps, social media platforms and payment apps. We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of these third-party services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
